Gates Roofing was absolutley amazing. They were extremely professional , polite, and hard working from start to end. They were here when the insurance adjuster showed up. Insurance denied part of our claim. Jamie and the crew threw the BS flag. Adjuster came back out, and Jamie and crew went over it with them again. Full claim approved. They explained everything to us. Answered all questions promptly. Even if they we thought they were dumb questions. They worked around our schedule. They definitely are quality focused for their customers. Living in North Texas, we know hail storms happen. When it happens again, Gates will be our first call. If anyone asks for a recommendation, I am telling them Gates Roofing. The experience with them was a 10 out of 10. Thank you to the whole Gates crew from the owners down to the clean up crew, you all are phenomenal.

I had never had to deal with replacing a roof so I was very nervous about dealing with a roofing contractor. But, I found Jamie of Gates Roofing to be very easy to work with. She explained the process and worked with the insurance company. The roofing crew was here at 6 am on a very hot day and finished at 9 pm. They cleaned up even though it was getting dark and guys were here the next morning to finish the cleanup. I am very pleased with the gutters and again the guys were very efficient and extremely polite.

We were thoroughly pleased with the job Gates Roofing did when replacing our roof. Jamie (the owner) did a fantastic job of staying on top of things and was a bulldog with our insurance to make sure we were not shorted on any part of our claim.
